  3. Are you looking to make improvements with the way you prioritize?

Bridge Dynamics 9 to Fine© Training is four-month transformative and inspirational training experience that engages the individuals in the team in a journey to unlock their blocks to a more harmonious and productive workday experience, meeting their priorities while experience whole-life balance.

The full program training includes theory, self-discovery exercises as well as 1:1 mentoring support for all participants. The 1:1 sessions are designed to support each participant on their personal ideal presence development journey.

Over the course of four months each participant will:

  • Gain clarity and understanding of their current “time management operating” style,
  • Identify “time vampires” / challenges creating a state of “busy” and sense of feeling unproductive and overwhelmed throughout the day/week, and
  • Create a roadmap to experience greater harmony, reduced stress and create a kinder 9 to Fine ©.
